Member Agreement

1. Who We Are

Geelong Restorative Clinic (GRC) is a wellness-based service provider offering education, consultations, and health-related support services.

Joy Division (JD) is a non-profit, unincorporated members association operating within the Geelong Restorative Clinic space. It exists as a heart-led collective devoted to community wellbeing, education, collaboration, and meaningful contribution.

While distinct in structure, both operate collaboratively through the same website and booking system.

2. Membership & Participation

When you make a booking, register for an event, or purchase a service through this website, you acknowledge that:

• You are engaging either as a client of Geelong Restorative Clinic
• Or as a participating member of Joy Division
• Or both, depending on the nature of the offering

Participation in Joy Division activities is voluntary and community-focused.

Membership is informal and for the purpose of accessing educational initiatives, collaborative projects, wellness gatherings, and community-based offerings.

There are no ongoing membership obligations unless otherwise specified.

3. Purpose & Objectives (Joy Division)

Joy Division exists to:

• Facilitate meaningful community participation
• Promote health and wellbeing through education and shared learning
• Support collaborative projects and initiatives
• Provide access to evidence-informed health education
• Encourage personal and collective empowerment

4. Nature of Services

Geelong Restorative Clinic provides wellness services, educational content, and supportive health-related information.

Nothing provided on this website, within the clinic, or through Joy Division constitutes medical, legal, or therapeutic advice unless explicitly stated in writing by a qualified practitioner.

All services are educational and supportive in nature.

You are responsible for your own health decisions and are encouraged to seek independent medical advice where appropriate.

5. Donations, Exchanges & Payments

Certain offerings may be provided through:

• Standard service payments (GRC services)
• Voluntary member donations (Joy Division initiatives)
• Educational exchanges

All payments are made knowingly and voluntarily.

Where offerings are described as donations, they are contributions toward the continuation of community-based initiatives and shared resources.

6. Personal Responsibility

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:
