All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post & dispatched within 2 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends)
Orders from the Geelong, Victoria, Australia area will be delivered free.
If your order requires reshipping for reasons such as the item being returned to us, and the issue lies at fault with the sender, the sender will be required to pay for the cost of resending the item. If the reshipping is at the fault of GEELONG RESTORATIVE, then GEELONG RESTORATIVE will pay for the item/items to be re-shipped.
